Well if you decide to take the plunge into triathlon, rest assured I will get you to squeeze the maximum efficiency out of your workouts.
I want you to be able to train smart...which does not necessarily mean training harder!
In short it's a "Whole Athlete/Whole Person" approach we'll take!
What I do:
- Design a specific training program for you with the limited hours you have available
- Build out a framework months before your race(s) and break this down into training “blocks”
- Tailor the program to play to your specific strengths while addressing your weaknesses.
What this is not:
-Not a cookie-cutter solution (I don't subscribe to a "plug and play" format)
-Not a triathlon club with generic group training sessions
(And nothing wrong with these... they can have their place in your training program).
Please note: I'm only coaching clients 19 yrs and older.
